So I got my FREE samples of Discreet and Pro Snus from Tom at American Snus Tobacco Company. Let me just say Tom ("tobacco tom" on this forum) is the shizznit!!! I was expecting one or two random flavors to try, but Tom sent me pretty much the entire line, plus three flavors I dont even see offered yet! :shock: I really like the Zip-Lock packaging. (Each pack holds ten portions, and it is soo much easier to carry around). What I recieved is:

Also, the flavors are absolutely INTENSE, and last FOREVER! Even after the nicotine is gone, the flavor is still as strong as when you poped it in.

Anybody that likes the flavor of the Camel SNUS, order the Discreet Emerald Ice, It absolutely pisses all over the Camel stuff!

I really hope Tom's buisiness takes off, and we'll be able to get this stuff in any store,along with General products, so at least we'll have some great Snus that we can actually get our hands on if this PACT crap passes.

Did the apple, grape, orange and pear come in plain foil packets? Or were they actully labeled?

Nope, they are still in the unprinted Zip Locks with just a plain sticker label. But if you look at his website, it looks like they are ready to go under the Pro Snus name, as the site has now been changed to show the Pro Snus line.

I think that the Pro Snus material has been on the website for a while. I kinda get the impression that maybe it is supposed to be a more masculine looking package compared to the Discreet? Whatever it is, it seems half-baked as a brand, and the package is not attractive. I'd much rather see new flavors under the Discreet brand.

I think anyone who has received free Discreet and liked it is continuing to buy it. It's our way of saying thanks to Tom, as I KNOW he sent out alot of samples, just to members of SnusOn.

I can imagine the net loss he was willing to and did take, just on this forum alone, just to get his product known. Thats one reason I will be buying some of his products with EVERY order from now on. Im always down to support the little guy, so to speak. Probably a great marketing strategy for him in the long run though!

Yeah I haven't even requested any samples, but I buy some in every order now for one because discreet is very good snus, and for two because I have seen how generous he is to everyone here. Just seeing that makes me want to help support him.

Tom is very generous, I'm still using the samples up, but when they're gone, I plan on buying more. I really want to try the grape.
