about five minuets ago i opened my can of gustavus los and right there sticking out of the tobacco is a long ass eye lash i did a search for the jti company so i could let them know that there is eye hair in my snus but alas no luck dose any one know how to contact them

JTI snus: Whom to write/contact

As far as I know, the best way to report a quality control issue to JTI Sweden is still via the main switchboard, +46 8 456 0000, as it was at Gallaher Sweden.

Make sure you have the proper information as to the retailer from whom it was purchased and when, as well as the actual can.

My LD can has JTI Sweden's phone number printed right on the can. :roll:
