Trying Knox portions for the first time every this morning. It seems to have a very mild flavor that I am having a hard time describing. Is this just a poor mans Skruf? Your thoughts please.

I can hear you Knoxin'. I have experience with the loose version. It is quite similar to Skruf IMO. Very close in taste and consistency.

Knox is a fine snus. Was very popular back in the day before they raised prices on it. If Knox came in a white, it would be a favorite of mine.

I've had the los, and really tried to like it because of the low cost (they raised the price?), but yeah, a "poor man's Skruf" is a pretty good way to describe it.

It didn't last very long for me, and left a kind of arid aftertaste. I ended up giving away a few tins to a Copenhagen-dipping friend, and he really liked it.

It's OK I guess. If it were the only snus available I'd use it, but it's not close to being as good as Skruf Stark los, IMHO, even though flavor-wise it's in the same general neighborhood.

Loves me the Knox! It's my favorite. It IS technically poor man's Skruf, but I honestly like it better than regular Skruf. The rose oil flavor they describe is a lot more prominent in Knox than Skruf, and it has a good, balanced nic hit.

knox is a great snus i only wish i had got more than one can oh well middle of next mouth i can get 4 cant wait!
