I am really happy you had a chance finally to see, and now understand, the other side of Discreet. And Tom is just getting started. Imagine the snus he can make in a few years when he has really learned his craft.

I was just so shocked and blown away how good it was. Have to admit, didn't think it would be. But I was very wrong, I think it is like any other good Swedish white I have ever had. As good as LD White, as good as Camel White. If it were bigger, I would know even better just how much I like it.

I'm sure as his product grows, and it will, he will have a line of regular size too. Then he's gonna be bigger than Elvis.

Yup, I believe he said this. I'm doing my part to help bring the full size to market as well as these awesome sounding flavors. (Still haven't tried the grape, orange, root beer, or Swedish style) The more we buy, the quicker this will happen. I really don't mind considering the awesome deal at getsnus of 25 packs for 20 dollars.

I just got a sample of the root beer and the Swedish today and let me say this......

          Oh Hell Yeah!

The root beer is outstanding and the Swedish is very good also.

I am an root beer nut and this is some damn good stuff.

The Swedish could be a touch less sweet and a touch more salty, but it's really good.

Tom, you my friend are a real American (snus) hero. I tip my hat to you

I know the owner of a local convenience store chain here in NC and I'll pass him some samples too

Tried the root beer today..... and holy crap.... How the hell does someone capture the root beer flavor in a tobacco? Its absolutely fantastic and even has the fizziness that root beer has.

              2 big thumbs up!

I ordered some all natural root bear flavoring to try to flavor my own. I'd imagine they use something similar. They could even be using soda flavoring. My buddy works at a Coke syrup plant and I could probably ask him what they put in the syrup.

I've tried the first few flavors of discreet recently. The strawberry isn't my thing, but I really like all of the others, especially the peach.

As for the sweetener, I have a real problem with saccharin being the sweetener, as it's pretty much proven to cause cancer, which is why no sodas use it anymore (and still not sure why it's even being sold). Aspartame is less bad, but still has some nasty effects for some people, and Sucralose is large quantities can give you the runs. Fun!

Anyways, definitely not knocking on discreet, because it's good, but if it were up to me, I'd find a sweetener other than saccharin.

Oh, I don't know. I never asked him before. He would probably not care, but he does make good money there.

Stop spreading lies. At least, don't do it here on Snuson.

My Discreet success moment: I recently attended a Cleveland Indians baseball game with my husband. I wasn't really digging the game, not a baseball fan, but the only snus I brought to the game was Discreet Strawberry. The only reason I brought this along was because of the packaging..finally a snus that causes NO bulge in the pocket! Anyway, thought about ordering a beer til I found out they were $8 for a can!!! I said to hell with that and put a portion in my mouth. It was love at first taste and made the game much more enjoyable! I already got my free samples, apparently before these new flavors came out, but am bummed because I really wanna try or BUY the orange, rootbeer and grape! I LOVE flavored snus! When these become available for sale...I am gonna go crazy ordering!!
