    So...I love them all.

    Grov White
    Roda Lackett
    Claq Qui
    General Onyx
    General Ekstra Sterk
    General Wintergreen
    Gotegorg's #2
    Thunder Original
    Thunder Frosted
    Nick and Johnny

The only flavor/brand that didn't quite sit well was Skruf Original. No flavor and it made my lip throb as if set ablaze and then stomped out by a work boot. Odd...may have been an allergic reaction, I don't know.

Favorites seem to be consistent with many others...General ES, Thunder Frosted, and Nick and Johnny. I enjoy the sterks quite a bit more than I imagined. And while I enjoy the white portions, I'd still much rather enjoy an original.

Think my next order will consist of an Icetool and maybe a roll of Ettan Los. Los looks very intriguing...and from the looks of most of you, a preferred style of Snus. Someone mentioned N&J in a Los...was that discontinued?

Thanks, all. I'll make sure to update after a Los win/loss

    Snus on...

Well, N&J lös was discontinued, yes. Icetool's are nice, but quite a hefty investment if you're just trying lös, and not really necessary. You might not want to order a whole roll of Ettan's though. If you've never tried the lös, but liked the portions, that doesn't mean it will translate over. Some brands can be very different from portions to lös. Plus, if you haven't tried any Ettans yet, you don't want to be stuck with a roll of something you don't like. Just saying, it can be an acquired taste.

Also, I don't know if lös could really be called the preferred form for most of the forum. There are just quite a few of us who are very vocal about our like of it, including many of the forum vets. Even so, most of us who do like it better (myself included) tend to stock up on portions as well, because it's just easier at work for most of us to pop it up there.

Well, with röda lös, it takes same time as to pop portion in. =D So easy to bake it.

          What?!!!..........Vocal!!!.........Who?!!!..........Whe re?!!!

I absolutely agree with everything shikitohno said. No rolls at first (especially ordering blind). There is just no way you can know what you will like from a product description written by someone else. Also your taste will change.

My advice would be to start with a couple of cans of los that look intriguing along with a pris master. If you like it, then do a los sample pack and an Ice tool. If you must go big at once, then order the sample pack first with the pris master.

Anyway, keep us posted and if I have not done so already, welcome to the forum!!! 8)

Sorry, I posted this while drinking a little Jack goes very well with both Thunder Frosted and GES...if anyone cared to know. Haha.

Think you guys are right, a whole roll may be a bit much to start off with. And I haven't even tried portioned Ettan yet.

It did take me a bit to get used to snus in general, as I'm sure los will present the same required effort. In the end though, I'd still rather end up with a mouth of nasty mudslide over a damn cigarette.

            7th day today...woot woot!

Thanks for the advice, fellas. I'll let you know how it goes.

you should definitely grab a can of general los given your like for the portions. I find it bakes really easily and is by far my favorite out of the general varieties.

Probably buy a couple cans. I'll have to try General Sterk, Ekstra Sterk, and Roda Lackett. Really wish they'd bring back N&J loose. I really enjoy N&J...sad that I missed the loose variety.
