    Camel/Lucky Strike...no more for U.S.?

I've searched around on here, but I haven't been able to find what's going on with these brands and why they're not being shipped to the U.S. anymore.

I read one post that says the problem has to do something with trademark issues or something like that. Can someone fill me in on the details, please?

Is this situation permanent? I hope not.

      Well crap.

Thanks for the links. I haven't been on here in a while, and when I recently tried to order from buysnus.com, I noticed they weren't for sale to the U.S. anymore.

Guess I better savor my last few cans of Camel.

Just do what I did and fly to Sweden- rolls of LS are dirt cheap in the duty free airport shop in Arlanda int'l and you get an awesome trip out of it as an added bonus

Anti, cheaper solution, just search around. There are some smaller places that WILL send them here. Expect to pay close to double normal price though.

Those places exist, but for obvious reasons, won't be mentioned publicly here.

            pm sent

i really do think we need to have a usergroup that the mods run and allow only trusted people into that way we can do these type of things in there away from any "interested" people just a suggestion

Try Gustavus for a taste similar to Camel. It's made by the same company.

I agree Texas. I pm'ed someone to delete a post naming one of those places. I told him to keep it on the dl.

i mean it might come to that one day plus a connection network to international snusers would be another possibility(also on the dl no names unless its with a trusted person and in usergroup or through pm)

LD white is another good alternative

                          Camel & Lucky Strike

RJR (USA) served notice recently to the larger Internet retailers to stop selling Swedish snuses which carry trademarks which are owned by them in the US, including Camel, LS and Pall Mall (since de-listed as snus).

This is odd as these retailers are not RJR customers. Usually, it would be up to BAT Sweden and JTI Sweden, after having been informed politely by RJR that brand territories were at risk, to amend existing sales contracts with their legal Swedish customers to include territorial limitations (similar to Taboca and the Cuban brands).

Won't work if you are located in the US
