      25.

First marriage at 18 to my "high school sweetheart". Terrible mistake, but it was one of those been with them long enough, it just was bound to happen. Terrible marriage. Divorced at 20. Met my daughter's mother at 21, had an amazing relationship, married at 22, things got rough after my daughter was born and we divorced in June of this year (some of you remember my custody woes at that time).

My ex and I seperated in Oct 07 (divorce finalized in June 09), but since my ex and I seperated I have stayed single. Seems like the easiest thing for me, and I've been able to focus on being a dad - which to me seems like one of two things I'm good at, the other being my job.

I still consider the second the "love of my life". Even though we had our ups and downs, when I talk to girls now, I still compare them all to her. 2 years later, still not really up for the next big relationship or anything. But in no hurry, either.

Cloves here. But when I was 16, I wanted to smoke so bad (don't quite know why now) I would have tried anything. Tried menthols a bunch of times. No luck. Tried regular cigarettes, almost... Then I found cloves. Were easy to smoke. Eventually moved on to regular cigs but it was quite a while later.

No, you never will. I have a 30 year old friend who was obsessed with Rick Springfield, and still defends him.

All I can say, in my defense, is that 'Til Tuesday opened up for him.

I can't laugh too much, my first concert was Bush. But in my defense, Veruca Salt opened. Pensacola Civic Center.

Veruca Salt, dang, that would've rocked. The Springfield/Tuesday show was at the same place. Not my first concert, but as far as I can remember my first concert was there. Or hell, maybe it was my first concert. I'm too old to remember anymore :-|

My first concert was ZZ-Top. I'm comfortable admitting to that :^P

I would be, too. I can't remember if my first concert was Rick Springfield, Chicago, or Heart. *sigh*

And somewhere in there, as hard as it is to believe (or admit), there was a Randy Travis concert

AND I passed on a chance to see Rush one time <---stupid

Well, as a kid, my parents took me to see Johnny Cash. Also Elvis, in Mobile, Alabama, not too long before he died. We were way up high and behind him. About a month or two after that I got my first pair of glasses. So all I saw was a tiny, fuzzy white blob, but at least I was in the same building.

My first concert: VELVET UNDERGROUND, Taj Mahal (still with Jesse Edwin Davis on lead) opening. Washington U Fieldhouse, Spring '68. This was the night before my SATs.

Began smoking a pipe a year later. Tres distingue, and doubled as delivery device for Kaw Valley Grey ($5.00/oz from Steve's little brother; he charged the general public $10.00/oz)

Began smoking cigs at age 44, after my aunt died (in her eighties) leaving me four cartons of Kools. Couldn't let them go to waste.

Sweet first concert. Sounds like a small venue? If so, I bet it was a great show.

I'm really not sure what my 1st concert was, but I think it was MTV's Headbangers Ball lineup tour in the 80's, with Slayer, Anthrax, Megadeth, and Exodus.
