i've been waiting 9 days since my northerner order was sent. i sent two "customer support" messages and got no reply. i'm VERY annoyed with this right now... i just want a reply or something. is 9 days normal?

sometimes if one of the types of snus you are ordering isn't in stock they won't ship it...until the one snus is finally there....happened to me a few weeks ago when i ordered

but it said it was in stock when i ordered it... anyway, i have a really crappy post office anyway. they always mess people's mail up. i hope some redneck didn't pick the stuff up or something.(i live in the south)

yea, it said that for mine too, but when it didn't come by friday (i ordered in monday, and i live in germany, so it should have taken just a few days maximum) i emailed them and they said one of the cans of snus i ordered wasn't in stock... :?

The support messages seem to get kind of delayed answers. I asked a question about my order 7-8 business days out from when they shipped it, and got an answer two days later... a day after arrival.

Try not to lose patience with them, though... I think that unless you shell out the extra dough for UPS, ETA is completely up in the air.

Be patient. My last order from Northerner took 10 via Swedish Post.

Hopefully, by the time you read this you will have already received your goodies. If not, enjoy them when they do...

Have any other UK members noticed that their Airmail deliveries of Snus are taking about 7 days since the last Royal Mail strike? It only used to take 2-3 days. I asked them yesterday when they thought the situation might return to normal but they declined to comment. The Royal Mail is great. When they're not on strike my postman always seems to be off sick and we're lucky if we see our mail by 3 in the afternoon via someone who doesn't know the area covering his deliveries. If I were a rich man I'd use UPS all the time.

FINALLLYYYYYYYYY!!!! it got here, and i can tell it's fresh because it does NOT smell like ammonia. it's cold here anyway. customs opened almost all but two skruf cans, and they all seem to be intact. later on today i'm going to try the onyx.(after it freezes)

I'm having my first delay experience with Northerner right now as well. The order was shipped on 10-15 and still hasn't arrived. Usually it takes only 4-5 business days.

It's been pretty disappointing coming home to an empty mailbox this week. Hopefully it will arrive soon, or I'm gonna break something.

Strange. I ordered from Northerner on the 18th and it arrived at the post office yesterday (the 24th). I picked it up this morning. Tremendous!

Dude, that is ****ED UP. Why the **** does customs open up your cans fercrissakes!?
I figure if something has a barcode then these ****ing Gestapo officers can run a scan and a search for the goddamn product and see for themselves it's nothing illicit. Jeez!

AWESOME. smells like limon creme cookies. taste is fairly salty but i really really enjoyed it. i'm fixing to try out the skruf stark.
