    Gotland's Anis

Trying it for the first time today. I don't really care for anis/licorice or the flavor, BUT this one is actually pretty good in that the anis is rather mild.

I bummed one of the portions from Atreyukun over the weekend. It was pretty good. I liked the flavor of the los, but it was just too much. Portions were muted enough that I liked them.

I'm not a fan of anis either, but I got a can of the los as a mystery can from GetSnus a couple of months ago. I still have half of it left. I keep trying to go back to it every couple of weeks and I want to like it, but I just don't. The anis flavor is fairly mild, but I just can't seem to enjoy it. That makes me 0/3 so far with Gotlands.

I haven't had a Gotland's I didn't like, the Yellow and Green were great. The green is one of my favorites, as it has a very VERY unique flavor.

Glad to hear you enjoyed it.

While I use the lös all the time I hadn't had the portions in a while, but I ordered some again the other day and enjoyed it so much that I blew through the can in record time (for me). Might even do an equal split between portions and lös with the next order.

I'm trying the green for the first time right this second. Love it so far. I've taken a pass thus far on the anis and from the sounds of the reviews here, I should continue to do that.

Green is by far my favorite of the 3, Anis wasn't too bad. Couldn't stand yellow. I will one day try the los of it though.

I love Green as a very occasional treat. Not something I could use all the time, but always pleasant if I do every few months.

Pick up a Green Tea to have with it. It goes awesome with it.

Gotlands is my favorite maker of snus, hands down

The Yellow Los is AMAZING, my all time favorite.

I also enjoy the Gul Portions and Gron too.

I can not get myself to order their Grey because I despise Anis. I can not stand Anis at all and i will not take a chance on not liking a Gotlands product

Gotlands makes some really interesting snus, for sure. To me, it's the kind of stuff that people who really get into fantasy would like, maybe with a bit of goth thrown in. You know, trolls, elves, magic, castles in the mist, mossy forests... Only Scandinavia could do it right. If you've been in its forests, you'd know what I mean. The yellow los is so cool, as are the green portions. Sophisticated and acquired tastes. I like my stuff a little more immediate and simplified, like modernism as opposed to cathedrals, so I can't do it all the time. But on the rare occasion I do, it's always a poetic sort of pleasure.

All this talk caused me to crack open a can of yellow los from the freezer, it has been a while and oh my is it delicious. I think I need to work it into my rotation more often.

Too bad the portions don't taste near as good to me, I would definately use them a lot if they did. Guess it makes it more of a treat though.
