They sell it at the speedway right down the street from me.

When I get lazy and forget to order from getsnus.com I'll grab a couple cans of the original. IMO it's too sweet but it's much better than Camel. The portions even come in the star pattern.

There is also a tobacco store about 10 min away that sells General as well. Last time I bought a can it was expired though.

The store I go to is the first one but there are a bunch that sell General in OH.

I know I can get Triumph in my area at any of the major gas stations. So I figure just about any in Ohio should have them.

I didn't realize it was made by SM. They need to test market it in AL.

They need to just make it available everywhere. It's been around for a while now.

Chad, you mention that you think the Triumph meeds more nicotine. When it first came out it had a really good nic hit. But I heard that they lowered the nic content about a year ago. It must be true. I have several tins in the freezer that I picked up when it first came out. They have a darn good nic hit. I wonder what the newer version is like. Why do they have to screw with the snus that we like?
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

I just wish they'd make the snus we liked more readily available.

I wish it was at the groceries and gas stations, at least some brands, at not over $4 a can. I would not have the large stockpile in the freezer then.

Because if it has enough nicotine people will not smoke cigarettes.

PP - I do recall reading an article somewhere about that happening, lowering the nicotine, I think it was one of Larry's. Can you imagine a Triumph ES? Whew!

VERY good point, and the difference between American "SNUS" and Swedish Snus.

From what I've heard, the sales for Triumph are miserable. Lorillard needs to be more aggressive with their advertisements. As well, I think Triumph should have long portions and the no-drip feature like 0102.

I was the one who said that about the nicotine.

Then Larry wrote a review that mentioned it and attributed it to someone in Georgia.

Then Larry went there, to the factory, and wrote a semi-retraction after being told all snus made from the base tobacco would be 8mg per portion.

I stand by my intial observations.

I've only had Triumph Mint once, a few months ago and it was pretty good. I would never be a regular user because it is not available anywhere near me and I am also not a huge mint fan. I had read the report of lowered nicotine before I bought it so my poor husband who ends up being a guinea pig for lots of things had to try one. He is a great & willing test subject for me because he does not regularly use tobacco in any shape or form. Anyway, I gave him one and 10 minutes into using it, he turned all shades of green and was so dizzy he had to stop driving. Low nicotine??? At least not in that portion! hahaha!
