Nice surprise from Northerner today!

After still waiting for my survey Onyx from Northerner that everyone else got weeks ago, I emailed Tuesday asking if they had received my survey that I took. Today I got a package from the US warehouse with a handwritten note saying "Sorry for the delay...I hope this makes up for it!". Inside was 2 cans of General Onyx and a pack of each flavor of Discreet. I'd thought maybe the survey didn't go through correctly or something, but I guess it did and was just overlooked or something. That was pretty cool of them I thought!
