Wintergreen...Yuk!

Wintergreen is great.

I find it funny that a lot of people like wintergreen, calling it horrible when they themselves use a snus that tastes like it was flavored with dirt.

Don't get me wrong, once you get use to the natural snus taste you like it....but come on....
I prefer fruit flavored snus's, but general wintergreen is an amazing flavor. One of the best "any time" snuses.

Works both ways imo.

I guess, but the first time you used General portion you can tell me you thought "man this tastes great!". You had to get use to it.

Also, Ettan is a natural flavor. You copied it wrong.

Wintergreen

Kvlt - I will be honest. The first time I tried General OP I was in heaven! If it's an acquired taste then it took me all of about 2 seconds to acquire it. You can't go wrong with salt, tobacco and smoke flavoring. I do like General mini mints from time to time and even Oomph but NEVER wintergreen. It's almost like packing Colgate in your lip and letting it sit for an hour.

I *wish* I could find wintergreen toothpaste, but all I ever find is spearmint (yuck). :P

Never thought I would say this but do not like the General Wintergreen any more. I had three cans I had received from the Exchange that I finished up this weekend. By the time, I had gotten into the last one, I ended up throwing the last 6 away.

I like LD Black better than any of the flavored ones.

I never cared for it. I don't mind it, but I won't buy it given all the other choices.

Different strokes for different folks I guess.

Did you use other tobacco products before using General OP? I was a clove/menthol cigarette smoker, so that might have something to do with it.

I love General Wintergreen....its my main snus. I also buy some non-flavored snus, usually General White, because I don't like the wintergreen with my morning coffee.

When I was a smoker, I smoked menthol, so maybe that explains my attraction to wintergreen snus.

I have to say, I'm really starting to dislike General Mini Mint. I ran out of wintergreen, so I figured I would use up the 3 cans of mini mint I have as my mystery cans from Getsnus. I'm not all the way through one can, and I placed a new order yesterday....the mini mint is not doing it for me....way too sweet....I think they're more sugary than minty. I'm just hoping that this order does not have mini mint as the mystery can again...

When I order from Getsnus they always send me General mint :? and lately Grov :roll: I guess I should call Getsnus and tell them no mystery can unless it's General Wintergreen lol

Me too, and I almost can't stomach the mini mints anymore...and my last 3 orders that's what my mystery can was. They must have a ton of mini mint and send them to everyone who orders General Wintergreen. I can't wait til my order shows up today, I just hope they give me something else for the mystery can.

Luckily this time they sent me something I've never tried before...Oden's Classic. I haven't tried it yet, since I tend to take a while to go through a can other than General wintergreen. I have a nonflavored snus to have in the morning with coffee....usually General white, but now I'm on a can of Ettan white, which is really good. So I'll break into the Oden's when the Ettan is gone.

I didn't mind the mini mints before, but once I went almost a week of using nothing other than mini mint, I don't like it.
