Well somehow seems logic.. here we are, a forum of people from everywhere consuming a Swedish product.. but still.. somehow I get surprised when I hear about mate consumers outside south america. In Argentina we grow up drinking that, and it’s great, because it is not just like any other beverage but a very social-oriented one. There’s a very ritualized way of having mate in groups.

That's what I regularly do at work, sipping my mate all day and snusing...
          Tastes great!

Wow Zeno that amazing! Do you take mate in the gourd with the metal straw? or the one that comes in a tea bag?

I don't like the one in tea bags. I prefer the loose, put it in a mate and use a bombilla, the real thing...
It's a comforting feeling, like smoking a pipe and it keeps me awake and sharpens my mind during the day.
I got that habit in Buenos Aires. I work for an international company and we have a branch office in BA. So, sometimes I have to go there for work. I really love Buenos Aires and not only for its world's best Assado

Non, je ne suis pas francophone, je parle seulement un peu francais. Je parle allemande. And unfortunately, I speak only a litte spanish, which is really a petty in Argentina, as most people there do not speak English at all. I can only swear pretty well in spanish 8) . At least for me, it is always the bad words I learn first of a new language... Maybe, because the people I work with are all male.
