Yea, it's as close to American leaf chew as you'll get in a Swedish snus. It's not as sweet, but there's similarities. I'm currently working through a tin of portions. I'll be happy when it's empty :^D The flavor's ok, but I tire of it quickly. A tin with 5 portions or lös prises would be perfect. The lös comes off sweeter, and more flavorful if I remember right. It's been a year since I've had it though.

Probe portions are one of two cans I've ever thrown out, the other being Phantom Blue portions. (wait not true - I recently trashed my last few portions of Elixyr PE when I moved) A friend gave 'em to me and I had enough snus on hand to trash them. Sweet snus bums me out. As a die-hard Odens ES loyalist, I"m even having trouble with the Kanel I finally ordered. I should try the Probe lös though. Snuffy likes it, and I want to to party with that guy.

If you want some snus real bad, Probe is some real bad snus

It reminds me a lot of Beachnut in a can. I just finished a can of los and was glad to see it go. Too sweet.

Probe loose is the bomb IMO! People really hate the portions alot but IDK haven't tried them yet.

I like it, it has a sweet, smoky flavor. It's very good in portion and los.

Probe portions are good. I finished the can I had. Give it a shot, if you don't like it, you only lost about 3 bucks.

When I 1st tried it, I thought it was great. And I guess I'd call it good, but I found it has a very dinstict prominant flavor which while good at 1st, really got old fast, and now I just have no desire for it.

I dearly enjoy a portion of this after dinner.

Strong salt bite right at first but that quickly gives way to a smokey taste that is very akin to the after taste of a shot of whiskey.

As with all things related to flavors, subjective yes. With that, I've a can in the fridge and 3 in the freezer.

I like it alot.
As said in this thread, the whiskey isnt very prominent, maybe a bit smoked, but it has a distinct smooth flavor, and bakes easily.

My favorite snus with a gl(ass)
