Hello fellow Snusers, came across this blog a few weeks ago (sweet) after lurking awhile I decided to sign-up.
My Story
I was a dipper for awhile haven't smoked in 17 years, back in April 2001 I went to Sweden on a company sponsored business trip. During one of my business meetings with the Swedes several broke out cans of General lös and Snused as if were no big deal the no spitting concept confused me, of course I had to ask about it. After the meeting was over I walked down the street from the hotel where I found a local shop selling the stuff out of a fridge so I got some. Before I left Sweden I bought as much General lös as I could carry back to Texas with me.
After my return to Texas I found the Northerner.com and have been Snusing every since. I have been able to switch a few folks over the years. I love the General lös but just in the last few weeks I have been trying a few more flavors. Just got a new shipment today from the Northerner and right now I am trying 01, had some Skruf Tranbär Portion earlier this afternoon. The only Snus I’ve every tried I did not like was “Grovsnus Black Strong Portion” just don’t care for the rustic leather taste I guess it kind of taste like my Dads old Humidor.
Just a side note the thing I remember most about my two weeks in Sweden is just how stunningly beautiful all of the women were, I wanted to bring one back with me but alas I am sure my wife would not have understood.
Any way that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
