Come to think of it…… once upon a time when I heard a woman say she couldn’t sleep things generally went very well for me. But now that I’m married, it just means that it’s 3am and I’m about to hear a bunch of crap for which I am inevitably to blame.

When it's my time to go, I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my uncle did....... Not screaming in terror like his passengers

In the same boat. Before I used to get a certain amount of satisfaction when my wife was unable to sleep or got up woozy or wobbly. Now I know I'm about to listen to her woman problems for the next hour and a half!

I hear you bro. In fact, scientist have recently discovered that a woman’s loss of sexual desire is directly tied to her diet. It seems- according to the study- that one bite of wedding cake is all that it takes.

Don't snus for an hour or two before you normally go to bed.

Snus actually drops me into a very deep sleep, especially if I fall asleep with one in.

And let me tell you, maybe I'm crazy, but it gives me the most vivid, intense, lucid dreams when I do fall asleep with one in. Ive never been one to remember dreams much, but with a snus in, WOW!

Anyone else get crazy dreams from snus?

              Yep. Brilliant randomness.

I do the same - last snus an hour before bed, and I still get the cool nicotine induced dreams

As others have stated, just cut back on your usage and see what happens. I found that once I started using snus, I've been sleeping better than ever. I've been getting very deep, restful sleep and have begun to dream on a regular basis, which is something I hadn't done in years (or at least wasn't able to recall the dreams).

I don't seem to have any ill-effects from snusing close to bedtime. In fact, I very often fall asleep while still using a portion.
