    Question on LOS

my recent order was all los, and i'll probably be out of portions soon.

my question is when using los, does it show up in your teeth and can people see it when you smile? I work in retail, and a brown smile would be very undesireable. can you put it off to the side, so when you open your mouth, people cant see it?

It /may/ show on your teeth, especially since you're inexperienced. You can't really put it to the side because it'll fall down and get all over your mouth. You're best bet is to practice at home, and keep your prises small. That'll give you an idea of what to expect.

Watch out clenching your mouth tight, perhaps when carrying heavy boxes. That can squash your pris and get it on your teeth. Also be careful blowing your nose, as that can cause the same thing.

      TL,

My go to is los. However, it is a bit harder to conceal. Normally in meetings or other times when discretion is the call, I switch to portions.

I’m not saying it can’t be done, I just never saw a reason to tempt fate as it were.

      Hope this helps,
      Dog

i use los almost always when im not at work now, and even though im getting pretty experienced with keeping a pris in with no mudslides, its always around my teeth. if i smile it is most certainly visisble. at home or even out doing whatever, i dont really give a shit, but being a manager at jimmy johns, itd be a big deal. that and theres no way i could be sure id have a moment to get to go spit it out and rinse my mouth whenever i need to if were really busy keep me from using los at work. so to those that can pull it off, kudos. me, i have to drudge through portions at work.

If worse comes to worst, and you have no other way out, you can wrap your lös in a little teabag material. There's stuff all over the forum about that. Me, I love portions as well as lös, and usually just leave the lös at home. Sometimes, though, I'll leave the house with a big, fat pris in my mouth and grin at the girls at the window when I drive through at a hamburger joint or something, just to freak them out.

I'm not a los fan, but I have used a few cans of it. I think to be inconspicuous at work, it's all about baking the pris the right size, I'm make it pretty small, and figure out what's best. I think I could do it easy, of course I work alone mostly. But I'd make it smaller than you think it should be.

yeah so after all the times ive said i cant use los at work i decided to try it out tonight. of course tonight is the slowest shift of the week and its just me and one driver, so i pulled it off easily, though i still wouldnt dare do it during a busy lunch rush or any time my boss might come in.

also; ive said many times that i hate handbaking, but i recently decided i rely too heavily on my icetool and would be boned if i lost it, so i decided to really take another crack at handbaking. starting with the kardus 2008 i got from lxskllr which was a breeze, then with my kardus 09, and now phantom brown which is a complete no brainer to bake. it practically bakes itself. but anyways im getting it down. still am married to the icetool, but we're trying out an open relationship and its goin alright.

I use los all the time at work - no one has a clue.

I usually go 3 notches on my icetool (the smaller one) and keep it on my left side - about 3 teeth from center.

I've been playing with my (4ml) Icetool and it makes a great size discreet pris at the first click. Seems to be ideal for me as it's small enough to be invisible, stay "up" perfectly and if made with a good strong los, it seems to have more nic than an average portion.

                    It's all good.

I've been using los while at work with no one being the wiser. However, I find myself being overly paranoid that it's showing while dealing with clients and tend to use portions during those times just to give me peace of mind.

I've ordered some of the Thunder ES Frosted mini portions for just that kind of occasion....small, but hopefully still with a good kick. Plus minty as well in case you're worried about breathing snus-breath all over somebody who may not appreciate it.
