Dessutom ska företaget investera upp till 120 miljoner kronor i tillverkningen i Sävsjö, skriver Smålandstidningen.

I really like Skruf. So far I have tried both Skruf Stark Portions & Los and both are amongst my top favorite snus! I have an un-opened "tranbar" portion in the fridge I can't wait to try.

I enjoy Skruf Stark White, so I'm excited to see them expand. I love their product and can design, and look forward to seeing what they add to their line-up.

Good news, nice to hear that the fellas are doing fine, specially at these hard times they are eligible to build a new factory and hire workers who have lost their job because of this economy depression. : )

Shame their quality control on Skruf Stark portion has hit an all time low with split portion bags and dry, tasteless snus. It was a firm favourite of mine for a few years but am having to look elsewhere now.

Well this might help the problem, skruf is very big brand these days at snus market and if they only had 1 factory before this, they couldn't probably guard the quality of their brands as they needed to strech their process to the maximum.

Agree with Pris on this one. I've recently gone through a roll of Skruf OP and about 4 cans of stark portions.

The quality varied significantly from can to can, even within the roll of Skruf. Some were bone dry and tasteless while others had multiple busted bags leaking snus everywhere.

I'd say less than 50% of the cans were without any problems and as good as I know Skruf can be.

And this is not an isolated case. I've noticed a marked drop in quality with Skruf over the last year, and it has led me to question if Skruf will continue to occupy a spot in my top 5. At the moment it is slipping rapidly and will probably be replaced by Ettan Vit or Grov.

Skruf really needs to step up its game and improve its QC if it wants to continue to compete in the snus market.

I recently rehydrated some dried out Skruf Stark portions, and I think it worked well. I used them exclusively yesterday, and have one in now.

Would be good if the expansion brought the old Skruf quality back.

I don't know about how they used to be, but I really enjoy Skruf. Didn't care too much about it at first, (minus the Tranbar) as the first cans I tried were from an expired deal with Getsnus. I have since ordered more, and they taste and feel the same as the expired ones. ( a little dry and hard) I reach for them more and more. I love the Skruf Stark Whites, and just recently ordered more from Getsnus, and Clubsnus.

I've not had any major problems with Skruf Stark portions, but I have had a few odd tasting portions recently. I just ordered a roll, and I hope I don't get burned!
