What is going on with Thunder?

Thunder portions are turning in to crappy Phantom portions. My past 3 or 4 Thunder cans have lacked the Thunder quality. The portions are MAYBE half full, very dry and the portion material has changed to the same material of the cheapass Phantom portions. I hope this is just a bad batch, I will order maybe 1 or 2 more Thunders and if their still like that, I'm not buying Thunder anymore.

I've seen "portions" in my thunder cans that have a pinch of tobacco in them too. But I'm not a fan of the brand anyway. Only General and Skruff seem to make ultra-nic snus that doesn't stray too far from "normal" snus flavor.
I'm suprised Thunder and Oden and such have so many fans.

However, I've opened several cans of Skruff to find an explosion of tobacco and several busted portions. But thats what you get with cheap robot labor.

I'm a big fan of thunder. And I haven't noticed a difference in my last few cans of frosted, but portions from the can of thunder berry I have open do seem a little wimpy. I hope this only a temporary lapse in quality, not a permanent change.

Haven't bought/gotten any real recently, but the ones I did get/have a little while back, where great, and very very moist. I have a Thunder Blue in the freezer, I'll open that when I finish this General OP, and Camel White I am working on.

But I really liked the Thunder OP, and the Odens ESOP.

I hope this isn't an ongoing trend, and I hope V2 is listening (I'm sure they are). But there has been a lot of talk about this recently. I just ordered a 5 pack each of Frosted and Odens ES portions. OES is my standby, the one I use all day, and they have been getting drier with each can.

Patrick or someone at V2, please speak up if you have a moment and let us know if there have been changes or challenges, or if you are intentionally moving toward a product with less moisture or different materials. Thanks!

Made a topic on this very page with the same concerns:

            http://www.snuson.com/viewtopic.php?t=7677

Been loving the wet nummy portions, but lately I've been getting some bad batches. Getsnus said they would send me a free log with my next order to appease my complaints. If that roll ends up like my last 2 half-roll orders, I may be kissing Thunder good bye.

The Thunder ES Original I am using now is moist but the amount of snus in some of them wouldn't be half a mini portion. Wanted to try them though but I like General WS way better. Flavor wise and quality of the portions.

I also noticed that my Thunder WG portions were not completely filled. Very moist, but not very full.
