    General Ekstra Sterk Los

Hello, all I was wondering has anyone tried General Ekstra Stark Los? I see that on getsnus.com they currently offer a free Ice tool when you purchase 30 cans for $93.00.

I am wondering if this is a good deal as an Ice tool alone would cost roughly $40.00. I have not tried the Ekstra stark yet however, I do like standard General Los. I am just worried I will get bored with 30 cans of one type of snus.

30 cans seems like an awful lot, especially for something you've never tried. OTOH, you might be able to trade off some off that on the exchange thread. If I really wanted an Icetool, I'd go for it and plan to trade away most of the snus for a broader variety.

That deal's been tempting me for a while. I'm surprised it's still going, although they seem to be out of the snus for the moment.

I haven't bit because, yeah, that is a lot of one kind of snus. I like General ESL a lot, but I'm glad I held off, since I'm using less sterk snus lately.

You could always trade what you don't want, I guess. Unless you've gotta have an IceTool right away, though, you might want to hold off for a different deal. I got my tool from BuySnus when I bought two rolls of SM products (a roll of General ESL, as it happens, and a roll of Grov). That was a few months ago, but I would suspect another deal will show up one of those days.

If you haven't tried the ESL yet, it's really a big gamble, it seems to me. Maybe you could try a can first...

Edit: Since they've got the 1-2 week hold on it for now, at least that gives you time to think about it.

You can always order the snus, get your ice tool, and if ýou don't want all 30 cans, sell what you don't want in the snus exchange.

I had honestly forgot about the snus exchange. The only thing is most people here seem to use portion snus. IMHO los has better flavor and curbs my cigarette cravings quicker/longer. Thank you guys for your input though its greatly appreciated, ive been registered here for a while just havent really posted.

Unless you've settled down in your tastes, I wouldn't. I've switched mostly to lös and I can't see myself using 30 cans of a single brand. If you already know you like GES and you're going to buy an Icetool anyway then it's a fantastic deal, otherwise not so much.

yeah i think thats a horrible idea. 3 rolls is seriously a lot of one brand. i dont even think i have that many cans of snus total right now. and youre not guaranteed to be able to get rid of it in the exchange, though ges is pretty popular it seems, so maybe.

I'll buck the trend here and say it's a great idea. GES is great snus. And in two or three years when you're pulling your last can out of the freezer and everyone else is back to smoking and/or dipping you'll be glad you did it.

Don't listen to the cheapskate whiners who don't hoard. Do anything, and anything includes three rolls for an icetool, to get more snus swag. The only thing better than snus swag is snus itself.

P.S. Strike the two to three year comment. Isn't that only about a month's worth of snus?

I have pretty much settled on tastes. I like mostly standard tobacco flavors such as Skruf Stark, General, and Knox but i also like Phantom Blue but only in Los form. But i will rethink the purchase due to never trying the ekstra sterk.

For me a can of Los lasts around 3 days so that could be up to a 90 day supply for me.

My Loose experience has been very limited, but I thought the extra sterk tasted pretty much just like regular old General Loose. Then again, I don't taste much except for when it first goes in, and when I take it out for some reason.

I don't use los hardly at all. I'd be more interested in a deal to buy one roll and get the icetool half off.
