    Defrosting Snus

Do you all defrost your portions in the fridge before using them when you take them out of the deep freeze (assuming freezer storage)?

    Defrost at room temperature?

Just use them straight from the freezer and never take them out of there?

I almost always defrost in the fridge, unless I’ve planned poorly and have to grab a tin on the way out the door. Once it’s out of the fridge I don’t put it back. Some, like starks, will never leave the fridge because I use them super sparingly and don’t want to leave a tin out for a bunch of weeks while I slowly use it.

Follow up for los, I always defrost los in the fridge with the tin upside down at least a day before I plan to crack into it.

I did think about creating a poll, but the nuanced answers is what has my curiosity.

I take a can out the freezer and put it in the fridge and then start using it shortly after. I don’t put any back in the freezer. That’s my current way of doing it. All my cans are General XR slim white so no variety to chop and change!

I take a can out of the freezer and use it. No need to defrost it at all. If I have a can that I don't use often it stays in the freezer or if I take it out for a day or so it goes back in the freezer. My snus never sees the fridge.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

Premium Parrots how does it hold up in and out of the freezer? I’ve noticed if I warm a snus myself, taking it out and about, when I return it to a cold place I find it dries out faster for me.

Chewbacca does your snus live in the fridge once pulled from the freezer?

I haven't noticed any difference even with 14 year old snus.

Yes it does unless I’m out away from the fridge.
