Six business days, released Sunday night and delivered today. This is the first time it was “warehoused” and they didn’t even open the box. I’m also really excited to try the bag of candy I got. Haven’t had salty licorice in forever and I’ve never had the Haribo.

It arrived in good shape, just a small dent in the box that translated into a tiny dent in a tin of Mustang. The gummy candy didn’t show any signs of heat exposure so I’m pretty sure it was at a reasonable temperature…but I try not order in the summer for that reason, especially here in Florida.

I like their gummy bears, never had their licorice, and I don't remember the last time I had salty licorice. I might go for one of the saltier ones if I dig this bag...maybe the Turkish Peber one of these times.

Also, apparently the sugar free Haribo candies have some digestive qualities to them...

Hmm, well I like Haribo but wouldn’t have the licorice ones. I might get some fruit candy on my next snus order. These days sometimes with the sugar free ones they use stuff like maybe xylitol which for me tastes much much better than sweet-and-low, aspartame, stevia, and all the usual suspects but it comes at a price: it seems to have laxative properties as the side-effect.

I love licorice, all of it. Black jelly beans are my jam…but I haven’t had a lot of the salty stuff. I think I really only tried it once and was thinking “candy” and that is not the mindset to have apparently. Next order I hope that have the fruity Billar in stock…I like those.

I am trying to limit my sugar so I do hit the diet soda a couple times a week…but Sweet and Low reminds me of my grandpa…it’s a memory flavor because when I was a kid he’d put half a packet in his tea, and I do that sometimes myself when I’m thinking of him. Not sure if I like it because of that or if I actually think it is good.

As I get older, the laxative effect may become a positive lol.

And here we are, quite some time later ready to try this again. I’ll be ordering in December/January and I’m definitely getting:

                  LD Signum Bergamot
                  Lundgrens Norrland

I am also trying some Lundgrens Aftongold, but knowing it isn’t a “full production” release I’m not getting crazy about it.

Also trying some Siberia minis…a short duration in a pinch might be the answer there.

I wish Skruf was available to us in the US.

I will also be topping off my Los reserves, mostly Kronan and Mustang.

                  Any suggestions?
