Hello! I use nicotine pouches very sparingly. Only up to 3 per day maximum, preferably in evening to relax.
Lately ive been using epok no 1 ice blue 4 which have given me good effect. Then, i went up a notch to epok 21, and it was very good, though the effect gradually lessens as i use them. Thus, i went back down to epok no 1 which is a bit weaker, and i feel nothing from it now.
I do realise, i probably need to detox a bit now before using again, to regain the effect i previously had. I am "Afraid" of getting to the point where the strongest nicotine pouches has 0 effect.
I appreciate tips here! Should i step even more down to a weaker nicotine pouch for a few weeks before going back up?
