    Romeo y Julieta portion snus...

Most people who've tried this (questionably Cuban tobacco) snus think it's horrible, at worst... and not all that good at best. And they'd be right! It really is a wasted snus, and a waste of money!

But... I'm here to help you.

(for the purpose of a 'science' experiment), I'll be happy to take this - horrible - snus off your hands. I'll re compensate you. Make you 'whole' again. Give you back your misspent dollars so you can spend them again on good snus. Snus that you'd probably like much more!

So... PM me! I'll pay you cash money. American dollars, for any and all of your Romeo y Julieta portions... whether they be open or sealed tins... fresh or well beyond the expiration date.

PM me, and let's make a deal. Don't over think this. You've everything to gain and nothing to loose!!!

LOL yeah me too. I think it's a great - I mean horrible - snus. But MC los is truly the worst. I'll re-imburse you for that roll you never should've ordered.

        Cubans

        You guys are pretty slick.

You should worry about the company sticking around much longer. It's been a tough road for the guys, and the original founders and managers are long-gone. Only the factory remains the same, but the Director, Ingvar, is close to retirement. He created Skruf products back in the day, and the Cuban/Taboca products as well.

Best contact for official info would be Habanos Nordic AB in Gothenburg. Stephan Praetorius runs it, and is responsible for selling the Cuban-content products. Their contact details come up easily in a WWW search.

Anyone tried any of the Tobaca AS snus? Is it made with aircured unfermented tobacco like other Swedish snus? It sounds great, can you still get it?

I have the RyJ mini portions (female version) which I thought was OK, nothing to great but not horrible, to much of a licorice taste for me. I do however absolutly love the montecristo los, a very nice 'spicy' snus, very enjoyable.

                  Montecristo lös excellent
                  Montecristo portion good
                  Taboca portion very good
                  Taboca lös good
                  RyJ good

They're very similar to Gotland snus, and all inferior to Gotland with the exception of Monteristo lös. That's equal to Gotland Gul, but different. I didn't get it a lot because our country's run by retards, and the extra cost wasn't justified over Gotland, but it was nice on occasion.

I use quite a bit of Taboca OP. I like it. It is very unique. It's hard to explain the flavor. Very strong tobacco flavor. Some bergamont. It's quite bitter. As far as your aircured, unfermented question...I'm not sure, but I'd guess it's just the same or very close to any other Swedish snus. I don't notice anything different about it in that nature.

I loved the Taboca los but, as with the Gotlands yellow, has been discontinued.

It has been a rough first quarter on me with los snus losses.

Does the R&J have a licorice citrus thing going or is it straight up licorice?

I remember it as straight up anis, but it's been a long time since I've had it. I much prefer the Gotland Grå for something similar.
