my first snus was in winter 07 and it was camel spice, from the test market time, before it was available near me, my friend picked me up a can in indiana. after that i had a few cans of tourney here and there throughout 08, until camel snus was available here in the beginning of this year, i started using that more and more, until about july when i made my first order with northerner.

Well, since I posted in this thread, in fact shortly after, I rolled me up a cigarette and my reaction was basically

        Hmm

        Wow O.o

        Yuck

...something like that. I think I was getting real close to COPD danger signs when I quit. It feels like my lungs are quick to remind me.

Been snusin since June 09, smoke free since Oct. 09. I did try and smoke a cigar over the holidays, and it just wasn't doing it for me. Granted it was a 3 dollar Sweet Daddie, so you know not top of the line.

Snus helped me quit smoking in April 09. Smoked 2 packs per day for 26 years, started snusing and haven't wanted a cig since. Snus about 6 portions per day. Camel was my first, found SnusOn and Northerner and never even finished the Camel tin. Thanks SnusOn!

Been snusing for almost two months now. Never smoked cigarettes prior, but went through cigars like it was nothing. Still smoke an occasional clove every now and again.

Smoked for 17 years, 1 to 1.5 packs per day. Quit smoking and started snusing on the same day: May 23, 2008. Had a cigarette a week or two ago, out of the blue. Tasted pretty good and the smoke went down like I had never quit. Frightening, but I didn't have an urge for another one, so I just popped in a snus and went on with my life. My lungs feel awesome.

Smoked for 14 years, 1.5 packs a day. I've been smokefree for 5 months and enjoying a Thunder Frosted as we speak.

Smoked for 14 years. Started dipping in Jan, 2009 to quit and ran across snus. Tried snus in March 2009 but it didn't grab me. Had my last cigarette April 2009After the hell of dipping I came back to snus around Sept. and haven't looked back. Now if I smell dip or smoke I am repulsed.

                        Smoke free for one year

I used to smoke for about ten years, then reduced my smoking to only when I drank. Since finding snus I have quit entirely. Its been a total of about 13 months now and I have to say that my clothes don't stink. I don't stink of smoke and over all I feel much better and my lungs are very thankful for the change.

I could not say more positive things about snus and what it can do for those looking to quit smoking and still get the nicotine they need. And its much better for you. Can't beat it...

Smoked for over 30 years. Almost 3 years using snus now. Went from smoking 2 packs a day to maybe one cigarette every 4 -6 weeks now.

Tried to quit 35 years of smoking by using e-cigs.

After 7 months or so I was at 1 or 2 smokes a week. Started snusing October this year and haven't had a smoke since!

Smoked 1.5 packs per for 22 years. Bought a tin of snus about 7 months ago and haven't had a cigarette since. Not even withdrawal. I hadn't enjoyed smoking for a long time, realized I was just a nicotine head. Now I'm smoke free happily feeding my nicotine cravings.
