    Lucky strike? not for sale to US?

    so placing an order and the buysnus page says not for sale to US? whats up with that

    Some sort of restriction, I forget why but it involves lucky strikes sales rights. I'm sure someone can remember better than I, but I'm just posting for now so you know it's not a mistake and you'll have to make some friends in europe if you want to try this snus :P

      The international naming rights for both Lucky Strike and Camel are owned by different companies. So the company that owns the US rights (RJ Reynolds) has suddenly decided to throw a hissy fit about the snus being sent to the states so filed a law suit against the largest retailers of snus. Thus, Camel and Lucky Strike can no longer be sent to the US.

        yes, stupid, but what is.
        I guess they felt threatened by the swedish camel as it is way better than the american camel snus.

                  Well at least it's not like the ones that use Cuban tobacco and are actually illegal to import. They can fight with other companies all they want about importation but if you get a buddy in Europe to send it, it's all clear. I would definitely like to try some LS Bold one of these days.
