Being sick sucks, just now getting to snus again.

I've been sick for damn near a week now, so guess who is just now getting their first fix of 2010? I tried to snus earlier in the week and couldn't handle it.

Anyway this fat pris of Roda Lacket is almost like the first time. Damn good stuff.

    Happy New Year suckers.

      I understand completely sandman.
I got full upper dentures Tuesday last. The healing goes on and I'm snusing in the lower lip for now.

I'm glad you're starting to feel better. I don't think I've been really sick since I started using snus. I've had a couple very minor colds, but that's it.

Vitamin D seems to be the new "wonder" vitamin, more specifically vitamin d3. It seems to help with the immune system, cardiovascular system, not to mention calcium absorption. Both my parent are 73, they have been taking 1000 IU per day. Recently, I had been taking 1000 IU per day as well since my heart attack, but have increased it to 2000 IU per day since my blood was tested for Vit D and it was in the low end of the acceptable range. This test was ordered by my cardiologist. Living in MI during the winter allows for very little sun exposure and Vit D production. Vit D has seemed to help everyone in my family from becoming really sick. What I mean by that is, we might get sick, but the sickness is usually not severe and does not last nearly as long (i.e. the nagging cough that seems to hang around for a month or longer or the cold that becomes bronchitis). Any one else been using Vit D? If not, give it a try.
