I saw an advertisement in the Austin Chronicle looking for people to participate in a snus tobacco study. Here is the link to the Chronicle's website.

I saw this over the weekend. It looks like there are two companies doing this - one in North Austin and one in South Austin.

Unless you live near Austin, TX AND like camel snus, don't waste your time. I just called and left my cell number and received a call back. They require you to be able to visit the 'research facility' in Austin at some point. The lady was nice and did some looking up as she thought maybe there would be a similar event closer to my area - PA. Then when she got to the part about it being about "Camel-Snus", I gracefully bowed out and never did hear if there are any such researchers up my way. :lol:

Hello Snusdog and SamH

I live in Austin. My father-in-law and husband are the ones that use tobacco products and my husband showed me the ad as he was considering it. We have both taken part in different research studies in the past with different groups around here. The reason we found this site is because he has been checking out different forums to review comments on different products. I thought it would be a good idea to let people know about what was going on here in Austin.
