Getting annoyed with Northerner

I enjoy purchasing my snus through northerner, however when I make an order some products automatically go through their us warehouse, and others go through the swedish warehouse. There is no option to choose. I sent them an email in hopes of correcting this, hopefully they can or I will be extremely upset and stop purchasing through them. I know this was touched on a while ago, but I didn't follow up.

eh, if you have one item coming from the swede warehouse, the entire order seems to be fulfilled there...

would be nice if they had a"us warehouse only" option

I don't know. My last order was for 4 rolls of General, 2 rolls of
genral Maxi, three loose General all of which I got in a few days. I still haven't gotten any of the oden's kanel loose, offroad clove or the free wallet. I assumed it was the part shipped from sweden. So I think they do split orders...It was supposed to ship on the 19th....still no sign. I still assume they will make it up though.

Because of what I order I have never had anything come from the US warehouse.

I also order in bulk so the shipping time is really a non issue for me.

That said, my concern would be that the snus from the US warehouse is not as fresh as that in the Swedish. However, like I said I have never placed an order from the US warehouse, so somebody correct me if my fear is unfounded.

As it stands now, I prefer my orders to be filled in Sweden.

I don't know, but I would assume the US warehouse snus and the swedish warehouse snus are very close in freshness and quality. Of course it takes longer to ship from factory to the US warehouse, but keeping in mind how long snus keeps fresh, I don't think it would make a measurable difference. The last snus I got from the US warehouse seemed fresh enough... Although I've never had factory fresh snus to compare it to.

They used to have a link of the US Warehouse, but I haven't found it lately.
