What to try next?

I've had just about everything general has to offer as well as about half of the discreet flavors.

As you can see by that i'm pretty new to snus, what is a good direction to go for my next order. Oh and I pretty much liked everything I have tried so far... the mint and wintergreen flavors were my favorite so far. Which was the opposite of what I was expecting since I do like strong tobacco taste in other tobacco products. :?


Anyway what is some quality snus that is widely available? Btw I prefer sterks but everything is fair game

Claq Qui is a good strong snus...it tastes like dried fruit. I understand Thunder Berry is also good, but it is an extra sterk....like the Thunder Frosted.

Dried Fruit interesting. Where does one find the claq qui? I'm not really a fan of ordering from out of the U.S. though.

Also, is there any brands I should avoid?

Thunder Frosted! Everyone new must try that one.. It is loved by many and is one of my favorites.

BuySnus and Northerner has Claq Qui...but they are in Sweden. ClubSnus has Thunder Frosted and Thunder Original Portions. Jonathon at ClubSnus should be getting more varieties in next month.

I haven't checked out GetSnus in a while, but if they still have some Gotlands Julesnus portions, I'd try those. I like the los, it's got a pretty nice, spiced flavor. General Onyx is good too, if you haven't tried it. Or Grov Svart. That stuff's got a little kick to it.

If you dont want to orderout of the U.S. I would try GetSnus.com or ClubSnus.com Getsnus carries Claq qui and it is an excellent snus.If you like mint I guess you would like Thunder frosted or Thunder mini mint but I am not a fan of those.I would just keep trying a bunch of different brands until you find what you like

This. Make sure you order at least 5 cans, as they'll send a mystery can! Claq Qui and Thunder Frosted are both excellent choices. Both very strong and good flavored.

Damicom3, get over your issues bout ordering from Sweden. There is just NO reason not to. Yes, may wait a few days more but so what.

I have been doing this for 3 years now, have NEVER had a problem with any order I have placed with any one.

Having said that, Northerner is close to offering almost everything out of their US warehouse, so that is less of an issue.

Still, if there is something you want that is only available from Sweden, you are a fool to not order it. In my time here on Snuson, I have seen at least 25,000 orders placed from Sweden with no issues. So why would you deny yourself a snus for that reason????

As for suggestions, easy. You are new, so must try everything. every singles snus over the next 6 months, only way to truly learn what you like.

But some quick suggestions others haven't mentioned for sterks....Nick & Johnny, Nick & Johnny Black. Oynx as well..

I have smoked on and off for about 5 years. I am known to enjoy a cigar or pipe ocassionally although the fam doesn't like the smell and its cold out so I've cut back a bit on that. I also use the nasal snuff.

Thanks for the suggestions, now I have a whole list saved for my next order. List so far: Claq qui, Thunder Frosted, Thunder Berry, General Onyx, Gtlands Julesnus, Nick and Johnny.

It may be diffficult to find the Gotlands Julessnus now,it is a seasonal snus that comes out for one month every December,than they take it away again until next December.
