On my google search everything seemed to say they were bankrupt. I guess that doesn't mean they are out of business.

Yikes...that can does look too similar to the Grand Prix cans...*gag* If it's the same snus under a different name, I sense a downfall very soon.

I'm starting to think that they switched producers and had to rebrand. Or, thinking there might be some differences they just took the opportunity. If so it could be better then before.

Grand Piss and Tourney are sooo bad that I would never even think of putting snus in my mouth that comes in a tin like that. Seriously

thanks V2 for that clarification bud. LOL I wouldn't admit to making those snus either.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

Well, if Northerner is correct about the weight, it's heavier than the Grand Prix, so it might be unrealted to them, may not be a snusAB product, or maybe it is, and they changed their production, and maybe it's decent. I know the can is like the Grand Prix, and even if it's the same can style, it may be totally different. I guess we'll know when someone gets some. I do like the name though, Olde Viking.

Hopefully they learned from the producers of Oden's and this won't suck. Hopefully they are just using up existing cans to save money on start up.
I'm sure the machines are pretty much the same for everyone, the difference will be flavoring and tobacco choice.

I don't have high hopes, and am willing to let someone else test these for me.

Yup, me too, but then again, Phantom is a cool name too, but the product is very meh.

                  Here is the news:

                  http://www.snuscentral.org/snusnus/m...king-snus.html

                  Seems Gajane bought SnusAB.

Hey that was kinda my first guess. I also guessed that the SM test was for a full sized mini mint. 8)

I don't really believe in the paranormal explanation of psychic abilities. I had the thought out of no were last night that I would be telling a friend of mine via text message that one of our childhood friends that has always had heart problems had died. I hope to God I am not that good of a guesser.

But I do wonder, since Northerner lists the weight, and Nic content higher. 10mg, and the weight is like twice as much as Grand Prix. The Grand Prix snus was like medium size, and dry as ash. Will these be bigger and moist? And a "new" Odens, made from the old SnusAB plant? What might this be like?

I'll look forward to your reviews of some of these new ones that have popped up (this Viking stuff and the Indian stuff), but I'm not buying anything yet.

Though you shouldn't judge a book by its cover, most cheap looking brands of Snus have tasted pretty cheap too. Though, I like plenty of the "cheap" brands (Level/Knox).

The fact that the can is the same as the Tourney is going to make me wait for reviews. Although I'd buy tourney over camel if I ever found myself in an emergency, I sure as shit wouldn't spend money ordering any online.

I hope to god someone reviews this soon and tells me it's very, very different from tourney since I dig the spearmint flavor.

I buy dip or start smoking again if I had to chose between Camel and Tourney.

The Indian snus I would give a pass on that observation. They seem to have crappy graphics in general for most products across India, and quality can't be inferred from the graphics. You know how they have the caste system over there? I think the blind caste does the graphic design in India :^D
