When did you start buying rolls?

I didn't buy my first roll for over six months after I started. I had bought a few half rolls once I found one or two I really liked, and I still often buy half rolls.

There are only a few things I buy full rolls of (Catch menthol, Thunder Frost and Wintergreen). Any others I like such as Phantom Blue, or Grov white, I buy in half rolls. The half rolls last me a long time since the stuff I buy rolls is what I use 75% of the time.

My strategy was to buy singles until I found what I liked enough for rolls. I got my initial orders of General and Ettan, and then one mixed roll from BuySnus. While I was still figuring all that out, BuySnus had the offer for the SM Icetool, so I threw caution to the wind and bought a roll of General ESL and a roll of Grov to get that. That was maybe three weeks in, probably not quite a month. It was sooner than I'd planned, but it worked out okay. I like both of those, and the Icetool's been great.

Since then, I've continued to by ones and twos of things, but I've bought rolls as well. I've been at it about five months now.

That was my approach as well, ie i wanted to have some certainty as to what i really liked before getting into rolls. After reading many posts on here about tastes changing and some snus "turning" on a person, i decided stick to small purchases for awhile. I realize it cost me more cash doing it that way but i'am content with the results i had.

My tastes and interests moved around quite a bit in the first 5 months. There were some flavors i thought i liked well enough to merit a roll purchase back then that i would'nt consider buying a single tin of now. As time goes on i'am sure i'll lean more towards roll purchases since my tastes are becoming more narrow and focused.

I have yet to order any rolls since I have just been trying things out but on my next order I will be getting rolls of 02 and toboca for sure. Going to throw on a los sampler and prismaster or icetool since I am very interested in getting into los as well.

Looks like I'm going to have to buy a roll of Claq Qui soon....

Was ordering a can or two of everything for months to see what i liked. Finally decided general white portion was going to be a main snus and got a half roll

Fixing to buy my first roll of Thunder Frosted. It is my absolute favorite snus.
