Has anyone gotten any thunder from northerner lately? I had some on my order that I placed almost three weeks ago, I got everything but my thunder frosted fairly expediently. But I'm still waiting on my thunder frosted... Its rather disheartening. I know it was expected in stock in 2-3 days, but its been two weeks almost.

There's a shortage of it everywhere. This has happened before, it will eventually come. -

Put their fairly long shipping times on top of the fact that it was out of stock for a week or two and I'll bet you got a month from order date at the earliest before you see it.
But you WILL see it. If you are really concerned, just shoot them an e-mail asking about it. They are very good at settling customers' concerns.

I've had to wait a month for things w/ Northerner but rest assured that it WILL come eventually and Northerner will take care of you.
I got frustrated with them because of three mishaps in a row. If it happens again, email them like others have said. They'll sort it out all right. Plus it's nice interacting with your vendors. They took care of me so well that I find no need to order elsewhere...and now they are shipping more and more from the US warehouse. Makes it easier.Comment

The US warehouse is amazing, I get my snus from that thing faster than I'd get it from getsnus. I think they are both in PA or something.Comment

getting my stuff from the us warehouse is the only reason I ordered from northerner. And I figured if the thunder was expected in 1-3 days it was on its way to the warehouse. I don't know. Definitely disappointedComment

every order I make with the Northerner takes almost 2-3 weeks to receive it. I like their prices and flavour selection but...damn I hate the wait!Comment
