    OMG I am so dizzy

could it be from too much snus use?

It isn't a bad feeling, just like I drank too much coffee and I am flying today. So weird.

Most of what I have used this morning has been a stark of some kind. Maybe I need to cut back. My face is flushed and my heart is racing. LOL

Welcome to my world, although my dizzyness is always accompanied by severe upset stomach, pounding headache, and a week or so long taste-aversion. T_T

I doubt constant stark use will be good for the blood pressure. I only consider a stark first thing in the morning or after a meal. I appreciate them more that way. It is possible to have too much of a good thing.

I don't get sick to my stomach...Thank goodness.

I am sure that constant stark use isn't good, I keep using more each day telling myself I am gonna cut back.

Yes, sounds like a bit too much Vitamin N. But that's cool, gotta learn where those lines are. But a sure sigh to hold off on the sterks for a bit

Sure, sometimes I also get this feeling of "too much is too much" after a portion of Skruf Stark followed by a portion of General ES followed by one of my usually oversized handbaked prillas of Ettan Lös.

The last time that I had this feeling, about two weeks ago, I even paused for one hour after I had rinsed my mouth. Go figure!

            Cheers!

Well I have a LSB in now, it is almost ready to come out then I will give it a rest. I find I feel odd w/o anything in my lip these days. Guess I need to pull out a mini or something.

Sure its noon around here but did you ju get up? Suffer from low blood pressure in the mornings? Maybe you haven't ate much lately? Could be too much nicotine, but that usually follows with an upset stomach. Observe other factors of your day that can contribute to dizziness.

LOL I wish I got up at noon!

I ate a burrito and some chips at 9am, I got up at 7 and promptly had 2 cups of coffee.

I removed the LBS and put in a mini and the light headed feeling is subsiding. I am pretty sure it was all the starks I had this morning. Trust me, 3 kids home fighting make for there to be no way I can have low blood pressure.

I was getting that too when I used all starks. I switched to regulars and occasional use of starks.

Yup, same here, I went through pretty much the same thing.

You don't have to stop using them. Just rotate. Like 1 stark to every so many original portions. You can try that new Offroad Frosted, if you enjoy the V2 mint flavor, I assume it's about the same. (mine hasn't arrived yet).

Well funds are low right now, so I will have to use up the OP that I have up first before I can order anything else right now.

You could try the snus hog (I think his name is) trick of twisting them in half, that is, until you can get some Thunder Frosted Minis or whatever to supplement your regular TF.

I think what you do is just roll the portion between your fingers until the tobacco is separated on either side. Then you sort of twist it up and tear it apart. According to him, the snus will stay in no problem. Might be worth a try, although I'll admit I haven't been willing to sacrifice a portion on the experiment, myself

edit: Here's the post I remember. Properly, it is from Snus Hog:
