my old local when i lived in the UK opened 11-midnight most nights, friday and saturday they stayed open until it got quiet usually. Sunday where 11-2330. Of course with some exceptions such as christmas day they only opened 11-2, for people to come and drink while christmas dinner is cooking. I think most bars around where pretty much the same, some didn't open till midday.

Its not that long ago the drinking laws were like
last orders were called at 10:55pm mon to sat, and 10:25 on sundays.
On sunday pubs opened for 3hours at lunch and closed till 7pm.
In the village where I grew up in the East Riding of Yorkshire there were 5 pubs, surprising for such a small village.
My local never observed the licensing laws and would frequently have a 'lock in' this is a term used in the UK when the landlord or landlady of the pub would lock the front doors but all the regulars would stay inside and they would serve beer until no one was left standing.
On many occasions there would be a loud knock on the door at 4am on a sunday morning it was the Police. They would come in hang their hats up and order a beer and drink with us.Snus and Dip Video Reviews

and wondered if any Snusers would want to meet up for some Pytt i Panna or other lunch and coffee and a snus and maybe a plopp bar!
You can also print out a voucher from their site that will entitle you to a £4.50 main course.
The other option is the Scandinavian Kitchen (which is great) but doesn't serve booze.
Lunch is also impossible except for weekends
