Jakobsson's Icefruit

I just picked up a can of this recently, I haven't had it since last year, it was my second snus I ever tried, and it's not too bad. I forgot about it. Really good tasting stuff.

Anyone else into this one?

I love it. It's on my very small portions to buy list. It isn't something I use a lot of, but it goes especially well with summer.

I can't stand it either. Recently tossed half a can of it in the trash. Second time I've thrown that snus away, and I can't remember what compelled me to try it again.

EDIT: Never mind, it was the orignal I trashed the second time around. I used to like the original when I first started, but just wasn't into it anymore at all. I'd much rather have Gotland Gul or Taboca if I'm going to use that kind of portion. But Icefruit... *shudder*

I remember trying it once. My first try was like "Oh this is great!" Then about halfway through the can I was gagging... :x

It sounded good, so I ordered it.
It smelled good, so I tried it.

It wasn't at all like I expected, so I didn't care too much for it. I was still smoking as well as snusing at the point when I tried it though, so now that I've been cigarette free for a while, it might not be so bad now, but who knows. I just remember that it was that it tasted more like salt than the fruit that I was expecting.

I take back the way I came off in an earlier post, I think Jakobssons makes a quality product in their original portions, I bet I'll order more someday. It's funny how one man's treasure is another's trash with snus and tobacco in general. I thought I'd only thrown away a few but the more I though about it the longer the list got: Icefruit, Coffe/Vanilla, Probe portions, Phantom Blue los and portions, Offroad Original los (finished most of it in Zman's honor), Elixyr PE, free general mini mint (still a can minus one in the freezer), free general wintergreen (I have 2 more free cans I'll give you - seriously PM me), and too many more to mention without embarrassment. I should've sent them to others. Some of those where from before I found the forum. Where was I? Icefruit! Gross! lol

Yeah, I don't get it. It smelled like juicy fruit... but tasted like salty tooth paste with some fruit. You hit the nail on the head right there.

Oddly, it started to smell like penis after a few days. THAT was weird.

Ewwwwww, good luck unloading that. I think there are some fans of it here though, but it wasn't one that I liked whatsoever. The taste wasn't all that good... but the worst part were the portions that liked to just fall apart.
