JUST KIDDING. I was thinking of a product like this I could use all those coupons on that come every month in the mail. The big white envelope that goes straight into the big recycle bin.

I respect Camel for what it is but they could really do so much more and it bothers me it takes them forever to get past their testing/market research stage.

When I first heard of Camel Snus I could not get a can because it would not go national for another six months. So, I went straight to Swedish Snus. Now they have those Orbs and two new flavors which probably will not go national for another year. Maybe in 5 years we might actually get something comparable to a actual Swedish version.

I can't bash Camel too much, since without them I would never know about snus. In one way I hope it becomes hugely popular here, simply because it will save so many peoples' lives. On the other hand, I hope it never takes off, because if it does, Big American Tobacco and Big American Government will never stand for a product that only costs 3 bucks and lasts longer than a day for most. I can see it costing 7 or 8 bucks per tin (well I guess it already does in certain stores...I paid 7 bucks for a box of general a couple weeks back). Seems this is already underway with that PACT legislation, but I have yet to read up on that.
Not to mention there would never be transparency in the ingredients.

i dont ever see this happening as there pushing snus as a addition to a persons smoking regime ie your in a place you cant smoke you pop a snus till you get to were you can smoke. probaly why its so weak

This is right. They don't use it as a stop smoking aid, just a companion to cigs.
