Snus similar in flavor to Skruf?

Hey everyone, this is my first post so I figured I would introduce myself as well. I've been a dip user for the past 7 or so years and just began using snus as little as two months ago. Since my introduction to the wonderful world of snus, I've almost completely finished my dip habit once and for all.

I've been trying quite a few brands during this time (General, Goteborg's, Roda, Catch, etc.), my favorite flavor being the Skruf line of products, and the Sterk White portion is by far the best in my opinion. My question for everyone is: are there any other brands that offer a similar flavor to Skruf that I might be interested in trying?

As an aside, I just recieved my can of Xtra Sterk portion today and I have to say it packs quite a punch! The taste is exactly what you would expect from the original and sterk portions, albeit slightly stronger flavor than the white portions. I'd definitely recommend it to any dippers out there that are interested in making the switch to snus.

Nope... Skruf is unique, truly, and wonderful. The rose oil sets it apart from everything else. You can try Knox, Skruf's cheaper little sister (same company), but if you love the taste of Skruf, just buy more Skruf! There's nothing else quite like it. Be sure to try the lös. I don't really use the portions much anymore because they are a little rough on the gums for me. It's my #2 lös though. after Odens ES. Good stuff. Packs great.

Welcome to SnusOn. Like Roo said, Skruf is a 1 of a kind. I haven't had another that was even close. It's not my favorite tbh. I like the lös, but the portions don't really do it for me. If Skruf is what you like though, buy that by the roll. You'll save a couple bucks getting it in quantity :^)

The only snus somewhat similar to Skruf is Gustavus. It definitely has the "floral" flavor in the background. Even then, its still different from Skruf. However, I would highly recommend trying it; its cheaper too!

Too "floral" IMO. I made it through about half a can before the floral taste simply got too much. Not a bad snus at all but I would have liked to see the flavour toned down a notch

skruf stark los might be my new favorite snus. ive been using it a lot, which is odd because i notoriously detest the portions. i guess i can say the same for gotland and phantom. i guess i just hate portions. i can tolerate most, but the only ones i truly enjoy lately are ld and gustavus.

Thanks for the info, I might have to give it a shot on my next order. I actually almost ordered it last time and decided to stick with Skruf since I've grown fond of its taste.

Skruf is produced in the forests of Småland in the southern part of Sweden and fresh water from the forest lakes are used in the production. Only the best tobaccos are used in the making of Skruf and the famous Swedish standards for production of snus are of course being met. Skruf as a company has a strong focus on environmental issues and are working hard ...
