Except for the ES portions(Ekstra Suppository), those ones kind of just come out on their own after awhile. Slippery little buggers. Maybe I'm using them wrong....

If i'm at home not doign much and not using loose then i keep a portion in about 30 mins. If i'm at work or workign at homethen it's up to 4 hours but that's only because everything else in the world is forgotten when i'm working and yes i probably do love my job a little too much.
