So as many of you know or have experienced yourselves, I had a bad roll of Thunder Frosted recently. The problem was the portions were half filled, dried out, and had hardly any flavor.
I have been in contact with Marc Vogel, and he is doing everything he can to make this right. They are sending me a full replacement of my order!
Marc explained that they do a double check of the portions before batching, so this is a little strange. I am wondering if something happened during shipment, as it took a week or longer for me to get it from GetSnus, when I usually get it in a few days. I wonder if UPS left it sitting in a wherehouse somewhere. I am going to send Marc one of the empty cans to see if it helps, as I can hardly make out the best befor date, since there is no V2 label on the bottom, just one GetSnus put on there.
Bottom Line is - what more can you ask from a company?!
