    Thunder Frosted Long+

I just got some Thunder Frosted Long+ portions last night. They are not nearly as moist as the large portions and mini's. The shape is really nice and the portions are very plump. The moisture thing just throws me off a bit. I guess they did it to reduce the drip. I've got a picture with the large, mini and long side by side if someone cares to host it for me

Heppycat I don't know if you have ordered the regular-size Thunder lately but they have changed their production technique (or facilities, too lazy to look in the v2 threads but someone please correct me if I'm wrong) and the dryness and plumpness that you refer to seems to represent a permanent change across the board for the Thunder line. They aren't what they used to be. It's a bummer, because I really only ordered Thunder Frosted for the flat and super moist nature of the portions, more than for the flavor. Again, someone correct me if this information is not correct, paying close attention is not one of my selling points. If this happens to Odens I will cry and cry.

Comparatively, these are dry to the point of not all of the portion material not even being moistened and still white. The can of mini's I received today is fully moist.

Here we have lots of Frosted varieties:
            Large, Long, Mini
            2 line 3ml, 2 line 5ml

              Just got mine in today.

I'll confirm that the portions are on the drier side, at least when compared to the TF minis. The moisture is comparable to that of the Lab series. The portions are pretty full, but not quite as stiff as the Lab series. They're comfortable to use and the taste is pretty much the same as other TF. Nic hit seems to me to be a bit stronger than 02, but it depends on many factors and is subjective anyhow.

The tin I opened contained 23 portions, in case you're wondering.

All in all, I'm quite happy with these so far. If anything comes up, I'll let you know.
