90 days after Obama signs it. You may get a bit more time with the smaller webshops due to confusion, but I wouldn't expect much.

Wait i'm coming in late to this discussion. Am I to understand that a law just passed that will not allow me to purchase snus anymore? And once Obama signs it I have 90 days?

I wouldn't panic just yet. We are now on our 2nd of 3 warnings. The final straw will be after Obama signs the bill. In my opinion, I think that you will still be able to buy you snus, its just that the selection may be more limited and a lot more expensive. Now would be a good time to cash in all those unused Northerner points especially if you like Kronan.

I only snus thunder. I cant take the crappy general portions they sell here, and by here I mean an hour away which is the closest place that sells it. And it's always so wet and frozen it's un-snusable.

I can't really speak for Jonathon but he does not seem like the type of businessman who will run out of snus. He will probably just be upset that delivery won't happen with his trademark lightning speed with the ID verification requirements that will be required. I just placed a small order at Northerner but I am hoping to get in at least one or two large orders before this goes through.

Your so right. While they divert you with one hand, they steal your tobacco with the other! If PACT goes through, I will be the next nation to start developing nukes Tell the UN inspectors they can't come inspect without brining snus with them.

Yah, and luckily I live only a short drive from him so I will still get same delivery time lol. I spend every weekend in the same town as his HQ.

Maybe we could set up delivery proxies? They wouldn't know if I as a citizen were sending gifts to 5 or 6 friends would they? I doubt they'd be able to enforce it.
