good god, I know this better than anyone. 3 days a week, I wake up at 4:45AM to get ready and be at work by 6. The digestive stystem is basically still in it's initial stages getting ready for a solid 9AM unloading. At least it is for me. If I throw in some snus before like 7(which I can't help but do), I'm running to the bathroom within 20 minutes. We don't need to discuss what comes out.

430am i'm quickly walking down my stairs to my bathroom for the initial unloading.
then i eat, workout, eat some more drink coffee and the snus bender begins and unload number two commences, all before 7am
I like getting up early, alot. This has been the biggest problem, my bodie's metabolic functions kick in at like 9(naturally), So the "morning drop" is late.
