My 1 year...

It is 1 year to the day that I first tried Snus.

I was on a roadtrip in Dallas and saw the Marlboro snus behind the counter and decided to try 'em out.
They weren't too bad because I had nothing to compare them to and they did the trick.

When I got home from that roadtrip I searched for SNUS on the Internet and found Swedish Snus.
Good thing my local stores didn't have the Marlboro ones... or I never would have found the Swedish ones.

I have to try this Marlborough crap. I've been reading how bad it is, though some people seem to like it, but I've never even looked locally for it. I'm too busy vacuum packing Swedish snus for the apocalypse.

I felt the same way Wicked. Just had to know for myself!

I paid $3.29 for a 6 portion pouch and I'll simply leave it as having been just as foul as all others have claimed. That was the "Rich" variety. Really foul.


So have you been smokefree this past year BuLLitz, or is that even a concern?

I spent the first months having a morning and a nighttime smoke and then cut it down to just a morning smoke.
Over the last several months I decided I didn't need to smoke at all... but... I did pick up a cig this month to see how I felt about it a year later.
It tasted like crap and I almost choked on it.
Got a killer headrush from 3 hits though.

Yeah, the occasional smoke I have really tastes good... for the first 3 or 4 drags. After that I just put it out and tuck another portion in place. good for another week or two.

I have the occasional cigarette, and I really enjoy it, but it doesn't go any farther than that. It's nice being able to have a cigarette, and not triggering a full blown compulsion like it did before I used snus.

Exactly! the snus and snuff allow me to control the smoke beast rather than the other way around.
