Which snus shirt would you be most likely to buy?

Hello to everyone on the forums! First, a little background: Snus Outfitters is a new venture that I'm looking to get off the ground in the next month or so and plan on delivering unique and attractive clothing geared towards the snus enthusiast.

Above all what I'd like to know is if there is any real demand out there in the community for more snus related gear and aside from that what you all believe to be an attractive price point when it comes to t-shirts. Feel free to leave your opinions on those questions and whatever else you feel like letting us know.

So for the first print I have a shortlist made up of a few slogans I thought of on the fly... but I'm not sure which is the real winner. Therefore this poll shall decide the epic first EVER Snus Outfitters tee. Let your voice be heard: if you were to buy some of our crap, which crap would you buy first?

I like the elegant look that General decided to go with for it's logo, something that doesn't look like a T-shirt from Hot Topic.

I mentioned that we should start a snuson t-shirt operation, perhaps you can fill the void? Draw up some ideas and we will let you know if anyone is interested in anything you offer.

To be honest, I'm not all that interested in any sort of snus clothing outside the branded shirts. Now if you could work something out with Gajane, say get an Odens ES Lakrits shirt printed. I'd be game for getting a shirt for other brands aside from General really.

I'm not really into the goofy messages for clothing. Branded stuff like General, Grov, Ettan, etc. with a nicely done logo would be cool tho. I don't want to make a statement about snus, but it would be cool if someone came up and recognized what it was.

(a) No manufacturer and no distributor of imported cigarettes or
smokeless tobacco may market, license, distribute, sell, or cause to be
marketed, licensed, distributed, or sold any item (other than
cigarettes or smokeless tobacco or roll-your-own paper) or service,
which bears the brand name (alone or in conjunction with any other
word), logo, symbol, motto, selling message, recognizable color or
pattern of colors, or any other indicia of product identification
identical or similar to, or identifiable with, those used for any brand
of cigarettes or smokeless tobacco.

The problem in my non-lawyer opinion is that these brands, logos, images, etc are trademarks. If you made a shirt with one of these trademarks on it, you would have to license that from the manufacturer in most cases. And they can't give you this license in the US. And, I think that them turning a blind eye on protecting their trademarks in a case like this would be considered a problem, especially if the effect was to circumvent the regulation.

Some of the trademarks are general enough that you might be able to get away with something.

But I'm not sure it would be worth antagonizing Swedish Match or the FDA to sell some $10 t-shirts.
