What's up with this?

A couple of weeks ago I purchased 4 rolls of loose snus from Northerner to avoid some of the pitfalls of the upcoming PACT act. The total came to $70.00 plus $35.00 for UPS Express shipping (no other option). Yesterday I received a letter in the mail from guesswho? UPS. I owe another $15.30 in Government taxes, tariff fees and handling fee by UPS. So for 4 rolls the total is $125.00???? I can hardly wait to see what the damages will be post PACT. Anybody else run into this? I gotta tell you, it just about knocked me on my ass.

The couple times I ordered(smaller than yours), and used UPS I got a bill for around $5. I somehow misplaced the bills :^/

@Snusdog, yes I have had 2 bills from UPS. Both were filed in my remember to forget pile. I guess they forgot too, As I never heard from them again.
