orders before pact safe if delivered after?

If one orders something pre-PACT and due to backorder or whatever it wont arrive until after pact sets in, will it be affected or safe? Thanks much

My guess would be yes, it will be affected.

    But that's only a guess.

      The answer is simple:

Orders placed prior to the PACT Effective Date (PED) but which are not shipped until after this date by no more than 72 PUH (postal unit hours) will not be adversely effected by Chinese agricultural laws or US automotive admissions standards. All existing and future postal policies will remain in effect until they are changed and may or may not be applied to the full or partial measures allocated by those policies prior to the third dead line (yet to be established). All USA recipients of Tobacco products post PED will be required to file lost and damaged goods grievances in the same manner as prior to PACT. All USA Tobacco recipients named Roy are asked to call home and tell your wife what you did with the remote.

In short what this means is that when examining the flight patterns of the Ugandan Honey bee one must consider Paris as more optimal than To Kill a Mocking Bird in its unabridged edition

      Hope this helps!!!

      Best of luck
