No, I ordered some too and still nothing. It says it is in stock and in the US warehouse, but apparently it must be on back order. God I wish they could fix their damn website so I don't spend hundreds of dollars on backordered shit. I have no snus now because the one brand I bought (because it was in stock) is backordered. And they don't even have the decency to asnwer my customer service requests or send me an e-mail notifying my of the delay.

it's like you order something that is in stock on the website. then you find out it is out of stock after you pay for it. then when it does come in, they forget you ordered it.

they owe me a roll of gen op, too. been in stock all week. it's a club 100 deal, so maybe they don't want to send it to me.

Apparently they don't have a real-time connection between their web store software and their inventory control software. That's a problem they need to correct quickly, since they're doing the majority of their business on the Web.

gen op is now put of stock. i swear it was in stock on like tuesday after being out stock last weekend. maybe i'm going out of my mind.

I got my one can of thunder frosted esp today. it came from sweden and shipped on the 23rd.

I got mine Monday but still missing part of the order and still have not heard anything from them,,, sent in an email too. See,,,, now I am starting to get pissed OFF!!!!
