My guess is that the issue is FDA compliance.
When it's my time to go, I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my uncle did....... Not screaming in terror like his passengers

I was wondering about that myself, although I can't quite figure out why there would be a problem with SnusX, but not with V2's other brands. But the joke's probably on me for expecting a government agency to make sense. (lol)

It's probably just not a priority for them. The ingredients are so basic I can't see an issue with the FDA per se. But they probably wanted to concentrate their compliance effort on the money making brands first.

My theory is that SnusX is the rejects from the QA of their other snus. And I'm completely ok with that!

Chad and others that have visited SM have commented on how they throw out a lot of snus. I bet V2 does too - given the quality of their products, or did until they came up with this stroke of brilliance.

My basis for this is the higher then normal percentage of deformed (extra big, extra small, empty, triangular, incompletely cut, etc) or broken portions (still quite acceptable though, but certainly higher then I've found in their top of the line snuses).

        If this is the case:
        1. I think it is brilliant - like Wendy's and their chili.
        2. It makes sense to hold off on the FDA paperwork

Also, I know a lot of people bought SnusX to stash for PACT (it has a 2 year best before date - unrefrigerated(!)), so there might be some supply issues(?).

I did manage to get 2 buckets in early June before they went out of stock.... or whatever is happening. I stashed it away as a little post-PACT insurance. Did anyone manage to get the bucket-a-los? Perhaps one of our EU brethren can clue us in on that one. It had my interest but I am so stocked up at the moment I didn't get it.
