That's where I'm at with it. Bergamot, and "plain" are what I use 90% of the time, and I'll grab a mint or licorice for something a little different as a dessert snus.

a big red flavored oomph wise /northerner snus would be good
other flavors I'd like to see
      orange
      raspberry
      vanilla mint
a straight up citrus without the menthol

We have the same taste in snus. This is good because if I ever run out I know who to go to!

Me, I like variety ... it really is the spice of life!

It's one of the reasons I'll occasionally marinate plain-ish snus with different flavors.
(Sometimes they work and sometimes they're a disaster, just like some of the food
          recipes I play around with).

I'll have to find my cinnamon flavor extract and decide which snus to try it with. I've
also got some pie spice extract that needs experimenting with. Clove, though, is on
order so that will have to wait. (Then again, I have a small bottle of food-grade clove
oil I might just give a whirl. )

"Life is like a box of chocolates... You Never Know What You're Gonna Get!"
So it is when marinating snus!!

My vote would go for a 'Big Red' flavor rather than a fresh, 'real' cinnamon stick flavor. While the idea of a 'Big Red' snus seems like it would be overwhelming, I think it would turn out like the Northerner Wintergreen portions..meaning, that while wintergreen is normally a pretty strong flavor, in those dry portions, it is very muted, in my opinion. Last thing - Camel Spice was awesome! From other forums, it looks as if many people liked this flavor but it is no longer available...Northerner Cinnamon could fill that void! What cinnamon offering is there right now? Just Odens & Marlboro right? I won't even slam those two but they just don't cut it for me. I know I'm all hung up on this cinnamon thing, it's just something I never got over when Spice was pulled...boo hoo! I'll quit my whining once Northerner makes this! LOL

I thought Camel Spice was pretty tasty too, but like all their snus, too sweet.

Definitely agree with that...same thing with Camel Wintergreen. I liked the first tin but the sweetness just wore me out very quickly, I can't stand those now, (they actually also make me extremely painful gassy, but that's for a different thread and perhaps a tad TMI, sorry)...BUT the muted wg Northerner? Those are in my rotation, the flavor/sweetness is so subtle, there's really nothing to tire of. I have faith in Northerner that the same could be true for their version of 'Spice.'

How about something like a cinnamon Apple as in pie flavor

That's what the Oomph Christmas snus tasted like. Lets just hope we get it this year.

The clove idea isn't bad either - although I'd wonder if clove oil will make your mouth go numb. (Clove oil being a traditional pain relief for toothache.)

                      Hello, Dan.

Clove Gum was great and it never numbed. Right now, I've got some Northerner
Wine & Dine vacuum marinating in Faerie's food grade Clove Essential Oil. If that
doesn't work out, I'll try the Clove Flavor Extract when I receive it sometime this
week. Might have to play around with the recipe; that's why I only do 2 at a time.

Also trying the W&D with the Cinnamon Extract, and the (Apple) Pie Spice Extract.

You be the one who turned me on to the Northerners and I thank you again for that.
Boost is definitely my go-to when I'm on the goto.

btw, Dan, have you tried the Flavor Concentrate Drops?

                            Me too!!

I just found out that even The Christmas Tree Shops have them from
                            time-to-time, ~0.75/pack of 5 .... Don't visit them very often but will
have to check them out when I'm in the area.

Also, I understand they're only released every 2 years ...
                            last time was 2009.

Here's an interesting review of BEEMANS.

                              Beemans tastes like wax lips!

A friend of mine made that observation. and damned if he wasn't right :^D

Maybe that's the answer to our cinnamon snus dilemma .......
BIG RED WAX LIPS SNUS by Northerner.

This innovative snus could even be in the shape of a lip.
                                And packed in heart-shaped tins!!
